This page describes how regularbasis.studio handles your data. This is the studio site only — privacy for the Klare product lives on getklare.com.

Short version

This is a static one-page site. We do not run analytics, tracking, advertising cookies or behavioural profiling here. The only personal data we ever see is what you choose to send us by email.

Data we process

• Server logs. Standard request logs from our static host (Netlify): IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp. Retained briefly for abuse prevention. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in keeping the site online.
• Fonts. We load Plus Jakarta Sans and JetBrains Mono from Google Fonts. This means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We may self-host these in a future version.
• Email. If you write to hello@regularbasis.studio we see your message, your address, and anything you put in it. We use this only to reply to you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b)/(f) GDPR.

What we do not do

• No tracking cookies. No analytics. No third-party scripts beyond the font CDN.
• No advertising network.
• No selling, renting or sharing personal data.
• No automated decisions or profiling.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can ask us to confirm what (if any) data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, or receive a copy. Write to hello@regularbasis.studio.

You can complain to your local data protection authority. In Germany, that is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
